DONATE TO WIN – Terms & Conditions

1. This competition is open to anyone 18 years and older, excluding staff members of the SABMR including the Board of Directors.
2. The Save A Life raffle launch will take place on the 31 July 2023 and will run until midnight on the 14th of December 2023.
3. Winners will be announced on Wednesday the 20th of December 2023 via social media and contacted telephonically and via email by a SABMR representative.
4. The winner will have 21 days to claim their prize.
5. In the event the winner cannot be contacted, the prize will automatically go to a runner up within the same category. (If the prize is not claimed, the SABMR can repurpose the prize for future fundraising events).
6. The draw will be facilitated by a representative of the SABMR Auditing Firm.
7. All raffle ticket sales are final at the time of purchase. No refunds will be issued.
8. No Section 18’As will be issued.
9. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auditing firm will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
10. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the SABMR to use the winner’s name and photograph for publicity purposes.
11. By participating in the raffle, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
12. All prizes are based on estimates.
13. SABMR is the sole owner of the prizes. All queries regarding the prizes should be made to the SABMR via email  (sustainability@sabmr.co.za) and not to the suppliers in question.
14. The SABMR is a NPO, all funds generated will go towards the SABMR projects, programmes and the sustainability thereof.
15. PRIZES:

Prize 1: A hotel three-day stay for four people at the Premier Hotel East London ICC. This prize includes the accommodation, return flights, meals and activities valued up to R40 000. Please note bookings need to be discussed and planned two months in advance with the SABMR.

Prize 2:  An inverter generator and a fuel voucher valued up to R16 000.

Prize 3: A one night getaway for two at the Riverside Hotel in KZN. This prize includes the accommodation, meals and a couple’s massage valued up to R7 000.Please note this prize does not include any transport/travel arrangements. Bookings need to be discussed and planned two months in advance with the SABMR.
