Dear Marzelle and SABMR Team.
Just days ago, I donated my stem cells, and now, as I sit by the seaside, reflecting on that day, I feel incredibly privileged. Privileged to be young and healthy, to call Cape Town home, but most importantly, to have given someone a second chance at life.
The process reminded me of the incredible teamwork, skill, and compassion it takes to make this possible. To Marzelle, Sr. Janelle, and the SABMR team—thank you for your kindness, care, and for making the experience one I’ll cherish forever. From deep discussions to shared laughter (and a little mischief), you made the day unforgettable.
